The TYPE C mother 3PIN board is padded 1.0, and the four pin plug-in board SMT L=7.4 the first mock examination elastic free brass LCP is a compact connector designed for simple charging scenarios. The 3PIN layout (VBUS/GND/CC) supports 5V/3A fast charging. The board is padded 1.0 mm high to meet special height requirements. The four pin SMT plug-in board (2 power pins+2 fixed pins) enhances welding stability. The one mold forming process ensures structural accuracy, with tin plated brass terminals and LCP insulators resistant to high temperatures of 260 ℃. The non spring design reduces costs and is suitable for devices such as TWS headphone compartments, smart wearables, and small appliances that only require basic charging functions.

    Certification and Standards

    Environmental certification: Compliant with RoHS 2.0 and REACH SVHC requirements, LCP material is recyclable, production process is lead-free, and certified by ISO 14001 environmental management system.

    Safety certification: Passed UL 498 electrical safety test, withstand voltage test 1000V AC/1min without breakdown, terminal insulation strength ≥ 500V DC, in compliance with GB/T 18268.1-2015 electronic equipment connector standard.

    Protocol compatibility: The CC pin supports USB PD 3.0 protocol handshake (requires a protocol chip), can recognize 5V/3A charging mode, and is compatible with mainstream fast charging cables.

    Reliability testing

    Environmental testing:

    High temperature aging: After being stored at a constant temperature of 85 ℃ for 1000 hours, the change in contact resistance is ≤ 10%.

    Humidity test: Store in a 95% RH environment for 48 hours, with an insulation resistance of ≥ 500M Ω

    Mechanical testing:

    Pad tensile strength: Single leg tensile strength ≥ 2N (after AWG24 wire welding), four leg overall tensile strength ≥ 8N

    Plug and unplug lifespan: Contact resistance ≤ 60m Ω after 5000 cycles, no cracks or deformations in the elevated structure.

    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters:

    Reflow soldering: Temperature 250 ± 5 ℃, preheat 150-200 ℃ for 90-120 seconds to ensure that the LCP insulator does not exceed the temperature resistance threshold.

    Manual welding: temperature ≤ 320 ℃, welding time ≤ 3 seconds, priority should be given to using small-diameter solder wire (diameter 0.5mm) to avoid bridging.

    PCB design:

    Solder pad aperture: power pin 0.7mm, fixed pin 0.6mm, solder pad spacing tolerance ± 0.05mm

    Elevated area: It is recommended to create a 4.5mm × 1.0mm groove at the corresponding position on the PCB to ensure that the female base is flush with the board surface after installation.

    Positioning requirements: Use fixtures to calibrate the direction of the pad height, avoiding tilting that may cause the male head to get stuck during insertion, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1.5 °.

    Usage environment

    Temperature and humidity range: working temperature -20 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -30 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).

    Taboo scenario: Prohibited for data transmission or high-frequency plugging scenarios, avoid contact with highly corrosive liquids (such as alcohol, gasoline) and high concentration dust (>100mg/m ³).

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular inspection: visually inspect the solder joints for cracks or solder balls, and use a multimeter to measure the contact resistance between VBUS and GND (normal ≤ 50m Ω).

    Cleaning and maintenance: Use a cotton swab with anhydrous alcohol to wipe the surface of the terminal. Do not use metal tools to scrape the tin plating layer to prevent oxidation from affecting conductivity.

    Long term storage: The unused mother seat should be sealed in a moisture-proof bag (humidity ≤ 60%) to avoid deformation of the raised part due to compression, and the storage period should be ≤ 3 years.

    Compatibility Tips

    Function limitation: Only supports power transmission and basic protocol recognition, cannot achieve data communication, and requires an external protocol chip (such as IP2112) to achieve fast charging function.

    Male head matching: A 3PIN or 6PIN TYPE C male head (including only power/ground/CC pins) is required, as a fully functional male head may cause excess pins to be suspended or short circuited.
