    Storage and transportation precautions
    Storage environment: Temperature -5 ℃~35 ℃, relative humidity 25%~55%, dry and ventilated, away from heat sources and corrosive gases.
    Packaging requirements: anti-static shielding bag+moisture-proof agent+hard cardboard box, with "anti-static", "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" labels on the outer box.
    After opening: Unused products must be resealed within 24 hours to prevent pin oxidation and dust contamination.
    Precautions for installation operation
    PCB design: The diameter of the socket is 0.8 ± 0.05mm, and the size of the solder pads meets the requirements of the specification book, ensuring smooth pin insertion and firm soldering.
    Reflow soldering parameters: Preheat 90~120 ℃ (60~90 seconds) → Peak value 250~260 ℃ (≤ 8 seconds) → Cooling ≤ 50 ℃ to avoid LCP deformation caused by high temperature.
    Insertion inspection: Use AOI or magnifying glass to check, ensuring that the mother seat is vertical (tilt ≤ 1 °), the pins are not bent, and the soldering is full without virtual soldering.
    Precautions for use and maintenance
    Rated parameters: maximum working current 3A, voltage 5V, strictly prohibited from overloading to prevent pin overheating and damage.
    Insertion and extraction operation: Vertical and smooth insertion and extraction should be avoided, avoiding tilting or violent pulling. It is recommended to control the insertion and extraction life within 3000 times. The non strip design has weaker pull-out resistance than the strip design (about 80%).
    Regular maintenance: Use a dry soft bristled brush to clean the dust inside the interface, and disable metal tools to prevent damage to the internal structure.
