    Storage and transportation precautions: The product should be stored in a dry and clean environment with a temperature of -5 ℃~35 ℃ and a relative humidity of 25%~55%. Avoid storing in high temperature and high humidity (such as near water sources, air conditioning vents), direct sunlight, or places with dust or corrosive gases (such as alcohol and formaldehyde) to prevent aging of the plastic shell and oxidation and rusting of the pin coating; During transportation, anti-static packaging (such as anti-static shielding bags, anti-static turnover boxes) should be used, and the packaging should be labeled with "Handle with care" and "Anti static" signs to avoid violent handling that may cause deformation of the mother seat shell and bending of the pins; After opening the packaging, unused products must be resealed and stored within 24 hours. Prolonged exposure to air is prohibited to prevent the pins from getting damp and oxidized.
    Precautions for installation operation: Before installation, it is necessary to confirm that the size of the PCB board solder pads matches the pins of the mother socket (please refer to the solder pad design diagram in the product specification book, and the solder pad error should be ≤± 0.05mm), to avoid solder joints caused by large solder pads and virtual soldering caused by small solder pads; When using the vertical bonding process for mounting, it is necessary to strictly control the reflow soldering temperature curve - preheating temperature of 90 ℃~120 ℃ (lasting 60~90 seconds), peak temperature of 240 ℃~260 ℃ (lasting ≤ 8 seconds), cooling temperature ≤ 50 ℃. Excessive temperature or prolonged high temperature duration can cause deformation of the plastic shell and separation of pins from the shell; After installation, the installation quality needs to be checked through AOI (automatic optical inspection) or high-power magnifying glass to confirm that the mother seat is not tilted (tilt angle ≤ 1 °), the pins are not offset, and there is no virtual soldering/connection soldering. If any abnormalities are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner. It is forbidden to enter the next process with defects.
