This product adopts a two pin SMT installation design, with an overall length of 10.0mm, suitable for compact PCB layout. The 6PIN structure supports USB 2.0 single-mode protocol (480Mbps data transmission) and 5V/3A power supply. The non spring design is mechanically fixed to the PCB through metal buckles to avoid traditional spring fatigue failure. The terminals are made of 201 brass alloy (with a copper content of ≥ 60%), with a gold plating of 3 μ m on the surface and a contact impedance of<50m Ω. The shell is made of LCP liquid crystal polymer material (temperature resistance of 350 ℃, UL 94 V-0 flame retardant), suitable for consumer electronics, smart home, industrial control and other scenarios, and complies with RoHS environmental standards.

    Industry certification:

    Sampling is conducted for each batch, including contact impedance testing (initial<50m Ω,<70m Ω after 5000 insertions and removals), insulation resistance testing (>100M Ω), and withstand voltage testing (500V AC, no breakdown for 1 minute).

    Installation requirements:

    Welding temperature: Wave soldering furnace temperature 260 ± 5 ℃, welding time 5-8 seconds; Reflow soldering peak ≤ 255 ℃, to avoid overheating and yellowing of LCP shell (upper temperature limit of 120 ℃).

    Positioning accuracy: The tolerance between the two pin insertion board and the PCB through-hole is ≤ 0.1mm. It is recommended to use a positioning fixture and check the fullness of the solder joints with a magnifying glass after welding.

    Usage restrictions:

    Non waterproof models are prohibited from coming into contact with liquids. When using high current applications (>3A), it is necessary to ensure that the thickness of the PCB copper foil is ≥ 35 μ m (1oz) to avoid overheating of the VBUS pins.

    Only supports USB 2.0 protocol, with a reduced speed of 480Mbps when connected to USB 3.0 devices. If fast charging is required, an external protocol chip (such as IP2721) must be used.

    Compatibility Description:

    It is recommended to use it with a USB 2.0 certified cable. Non certified cables may cause unstable data transmission or abnormal power supply. It is compatible with mainstream USB 2.0 main control chips (such as CH340G).

    Maintenance suggestion:

    Wipe the interface with anhydrous ethanol during cleaning to avoid using chlorine containing solvents; In industrial environments, compressed air is used quarterly to remove dust between pins and prevent short circuits caused by foreign objects.
