TYPE C female seat 6PIN vertical sticker L=7.4 non elastic 201 brass LCP

TYPE C Female Seat 6PIN Stand up L=7.4 Non Elastic 201 Brass LCP is a lightweight, low-cost charging connector designed specifically for high current fast charging (supporting 5A/20V). The stand up installation is suitable for compact PCB space (height L=7.4mm). The non elastic structure simplifies the insertion and removal operation, the four harpoon legs (2.0mm in length) enhance welding stability, the 201 brass terminal surface is tin plated to improve weldability, and the LCP insulator has a temperature resistance of 260 ℃ (compatible with reflow soldering). The shell is made of 201 brass stamping and is suitable for scenarios such as small appliances and portable devices that do not require data transmission. It is compatible with mainstream fast charging protocols such as PD/QC.

    Certification and Standards

Environmental compliance: Compliant with RoHS 2.0 and REACH SVHC standards, LCP materials are recyclable, and the production process has passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.

Safety certification: Passed UL 498 electrical safety certification, withstand voltage test 1000V AC without breakdown, terminal tension ≥ 5N, in compliance with IEC 60950-1 safety specifications.

Protocol compatibility: Supports USB PD 3.0 and QC 4+fast charging protocols, with a protocol chip that can achieve 100W power transmission. Tested temperature rise ≤ 15 ℃ under 5A current.

    Reliability testing

Environmental adaptability: Contact resistance change ≤ 8% after 500 cycles of high and low temperature from -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, insulation resistance ≥ 500M Ω after 48 hours of storage in a 95% RH humidity environment.

Mechanical lifespan: The non elastic structure has a plug-in lifespan of ≥ 5000 times and a contact resistance of ≤ 60m Ω, in compliance with YD/T 1591-2021 communication industry standards.

    Installation specifications

Welding parameters: It is recommended to use a peak welding temperature of 255-265 ℃ (welding time of 3-5 seconds), and a manual welding temperature of ≤ 320 ℃ to avoid high temperature damage to the LCP insulator.

PCB design: The solder pad aperture should be matched with 0.8mm harpoon pins, with a spacing tolerance of ± 0.05mm; it is recommended to connect the grounding pin to a ≥ 10mm ² copper-clad area to enhance EMI suppression.

Positioning accuracy: Use fixtures to ensure that the female seat is installed vertically, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1.5 °, to avoid stress caused by the insertion of the male and female seats, resulting in poor contact.

    Usage environment

Temperature and humidity range: working temperature -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -50 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation), avoid strong corrosive liquids and high dust environments.

Current limit: The recommended continuous operating current is ≤ 4.5A, and the instantaneous peak value is ≤ 6A. Paired with eMarker chip cables, it can achieve 100W power transmission. Ordinary cables may cause overheating.

    Maintenance and Storage

Regular cleaning: wipe the interface with anhydrous alcohol every quarter to remove dust and oxides, and prohibit the use of metal tools to touch the surface coating of the terminal.

Long term storage: When not in use, it should be sealed in a dry environment (humidity ≤ 60%), and it is recommended to use a dust cap to prevent foreign objects from entering. The storage period should be ≤ 2 years.

    Compatibility notes

Interface matching: It needs to be used in conjunction with TYPE C male connectors that comply with the USB-IF standard. Non standard interfaces may cause protocol handshake failure or poor contact.

Cable selection: When transmitting high currents, certified cables with eMarker chips are required to ensure current carrying capacity and protocol compatibility.
