    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters: It is recommended to reflow at a temperature of 250 ℃± 5 ℃ and preheat at 150-200 ℃ for 90-120 seconds to avoid high temperature damage to the LCP insulator.

    Pad matching: The size of PCB board pads should be strictly matched with the pins (with an error of ≤± 0.1mm) to prevent virtual soldering.

    Usage environment

    Temperature range: -40 ℃ to+85 ℃, avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (>85 ℃) or high humidity (>85% RH) environments.

    Magnetic field interference: Stay away from strong magnetic fields (>100mT) to prevent data transmission signal attenuation.

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular inspection: Clean the oxide layer on the surface of the terminal every quarter, use a soft cloth dipped in specialized cleaning agent to wipe, and avoid damage from sharp tools.

    Long term storage: Separate the male and female sockets to prevent long-term compression and deformation of the terminals.

    Compatibility notes 

    Power matching: Ensure that the input voltage/current of the equipment is within the rated range of the mother base (3A/5V) to avoid overload.

    Interface specifications: Prioritize compatibility with male connectors that comply with the USB-IF standard to avoid compatibility issues caused by non-standard interfaces.
