TYPE C female base 2PIN welding wire type L=10.0 the first mock examination non elastic brass LCP

TYPE C female base 2PIN bonding wire type L=10.0 the first mock examination non elastic brass LCP is a low-cost connector designed for simple charging scenarios, which only retains two VBUS/GND pins and supports 5V/3A power transmission. The soldered wire structure adapts to flexible wiring requirements, with an overall length of 10.0mm. The the first mock examination forming process simplifies the production process. Tin plating on the surface of brass terminals enhances welding reliability, while LCP insulation is resistant to high temperatures of 260 ℃, making it suitable for scenarios such as TWS headphone charging compartments, smart wearable devices, and small appliances that only require basic charging functions. It is compatible with both manual welding and automated production lines.

    Certification and Standards

Environmental certification: Compliant with RoHS 2.0 and REACH SVHC requirements, LCP material is recyclable, production process is lead-free, and certified by ISO 14001 environmental management system.

Safety certification: Passed UL 498 electrical safety test, withstand voltage test 1000V AC/1min without breakdown, terminal insulation strength ≥ 500V DC.

Compatibility: Compliant with USB-IF Type-C mechanical specifications, can be used with standard TYPE C male connectors (only power pins), and is compatible with mainstream charging cables in the market.

    Reliability testing

Welding wire tension: The tensile strength of 3A wire (AWG24) after welding is ≥ 5N.

Insertion and extraction lifespan: Contact resistance ≤ 60m Ω after 500 insertions and removals with a male head (typical value for non elastic structures).

High temperature aging: After being stored at a constant temperature of 85 ℃ for 1000 hours, the change in contact resistance is ≤ 10%.

Humidity test: Store in a 95% RH environment for 48 hours, with an insulation resistance of ≥ 500M Ω.

    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters:

Manual welding: temperature 280 ± 10 ℃, welding time ≤ 3 seconds, to avoid LCP insulation overheating and softening.

Automated welding: It is recommended to use infrared preheating (150 ℃/60 seconds)+wave soldering (260 ℃/3 seconds).

Wire selection: It is recommended to use tin plated copper wire (cross-sectional area ≥ 0.5mm ²), insulation layer temperature resistance ≥ 105 ℃, and stripping length 2.0 ± 0.2mm.

Stress relief: It is recommended to add heat shrink tubing at the root of the wire after welding to prevent bending and fracture of the solder joint.

    Usage environment

    Temperature and humidity range: working temperature -20 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -30 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).

Taboo scenario: Prohibited for data transmission or high-frequency plugging scenarios, avoid contact with highly corrosive liquids (such as alcohol, gasoline).

    Maintenance suggestions

Regular inspection: visually inspect the solder joints for cracking and the wires for oxidation every six months. It is recommended to use a multimeter to measure the contact resistance (≤ 50m Ω is normal).

Long term storage: Unsoldered mother sockets should be sealed and stored in a dry environment (humidity ≤ 60%) to avoid terminal oxidation, with a storage period of ≤ 3 years.

    Compatibility notes

Functional limitations: Only supports power transmission and cannot achieve data communication or PD fast charging protocol (requires additional integration of protocol chips).

Male head matching: Use TYPE C male heads that only contain VBUS/GND pins (such as some charging cables), as fully functional male heads may cause pin short circuits.
