TYPE C female seat 24PIN sinking plate ultra-thin model with exposed tongue and lock hole CH=0.25

TYPE C female seat 24PIN sinking plate ultra-thin model with exposed tongue and lock hole CH=0.25 is a highly integrated connector designed for extremely ultra-thin devices. The sinking plate structure achieves an ultra-low height of CH=0.25mm (distance from the tongue to the PCB board), with an exposed tongue design to ensure stable contact between the male head. The locking hole can be fixed with screws to enhance installation reliability; The 24PIN fully functional pin supports high-speed transmission and fast charging, and is widely used in scenarios such as smart watches, AR glasses, ultra-thin medical instruments that are sensitive to thickness and require stable connections.

Interface and protocol compliance: Compliant with the USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF) USB4.0 specification and PD 3.0 standard, passed USB-IF compatibility testing to ensure compatibility with various TYPE C male and fast charging devices, avoiding transmission interruptions and protocol incompatibility issues.
Environmental compliance: Fully compliant with EU RoHS 3.0 (2015/863/EU) and Chinese GB/T 26572-2011, strictly restricting 10 harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, etc. Raw materials (metals, LCP, coatings) have passed SGS environmental testing and provided compliance reports.
Electrical safety compliance: comply with IEC 62368-1 safety standard, insulation resistance ≥ 1000M Ω (500V DC), withstand voltage ≥ 500V AC (no breakdown for 1 minute); Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness ≥ 50dB (1GHz frequency band), meets FCC Part 15 Class B EMC requirements, and avoids interference with sensitive components inside the equipment (such as Bluetooth modules and sensors).
Production quality compliance: Following the ISO 9001 system, the entire process is tested (dimensional accuracy, conductivity, insertion and extraction force), with 500pcs sampled from each batch and a failure rate of ≤ 0.2%. Batch quality inspection reports can be provided.

    Storage and transportation
Storage environment: Temperature -5 ℃~35 ℃, relative humidity 25%~55%. Avoid high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight, or contact with dust/corrosive gases (such as sweat and alcohol) to prevent terminal oxidation and aging of LCP base.
Transportation requirements: Anti static shielding bag+anti-static tray packaging, each plate contains 500pcs, with built-in moisture-proof agent and "Handle with care" and "Anti static" labels affixed to the outside to avoid deformation of the lock hole and bending of the tongue due to compression.
After opening: Unused products must be resealed within 12 hours and exposed to air for no more than 24 hours to prevent dust from adhering and affecting welding or contact performance.
    Installation operation
PCB design: The groove depth of the sinking board should match the CH value (0.25mm ± 0.02mm), and a 1.3mm diameter through-hole (tolerance ± 0.05mm) should be reserved at the PCB position corresponding to the lock hole; High speed differential lines require impedance control of 100 Ω± 10% and line length matching error of ≤ 30mil (due to equipment miniaturization, wiring needs to be more compact).
Reflow soldering parameters: preheating section 120-150 ℃ (40-60 seconds), peak section 250-260 ℃ (≤ 6 seconds), cooling rate ≤ 2 ℃/second, to prevent deformation of LCP base and terminal detachment caused by high temperature (ultra-thin structure is more sensitive to temperature).
Post installation inspection: Use a high-power microscope (≥ 50x) to check whether the tongue is flat (tilt ≤ 0.05mm) and whether the lock hole is aligned with the PCB through-hole, in order to avoid damaging the mother seat during subsequent screw installation.
    Operation and Maintenance
Current limit: VBUS power supply should not exceed 2.25A (at 20V) to avoid overloading and overheating of terminals (ultra-thin structure with small heat dissipation area requires strict control of current).
Insertion and extraction specifications: Vertical insertion and extraction is required, and tilting or rotating force is prohibited. Although the exposed tongue design enhances contact, excessive force can easily cause the tongue to break (it is recommended to control the insertion and extraction life within 8000 times).
Cleaning and maintenance: When there are stains on the interface, gently wipe it with a dry and dust-free cloth. Do not rinse with water or cleaning agents to prevent liquid from seeping into the gap between the sink plates and causing short circuits.
    Taboos
It is prohibited to polish or trim tongue plates or lock holes without authorization, otherwise it will damage the structural strength and contact performance, causing the equipment to be unrecognizable or power supply to be interrupted.
It is prohibited to use it in underwater, high temperature (>85 ℃) or severe vibration scenarios (such as car engine compartments). Special protection models (IP67 or above) must be selected for such scenarios.
When deformation of the tongue, sliding teeth in the lock hole, or poor contact (such as frequent disconnection of the equipment) is found, immediately replace the female seat with a new one to avoid damaging the male head or equipment motherboard.
