This Type-C female socket is designed for harsh environmental applications, using advanced four pin SMT installation technology on the board, with a height of only 7.05mm, effectively saving PCB space. The 16PIN design supports USB 3.1 high-speed data transmission, with a speed of up to 5Gbps, while meeting the 3A current transmission requirements, suitable for charging and data synchronization scenarios. The shell is treated with adhesive to achieve IPX6 waterproof rating, which can withstand strong water spray impact without affecting performance. The main body is made of high-quality materials, and the terminals are made of phosphor copper and gold-plated to enhance conductivity and oxidation resistance. The insulation part is made of LCP material, which has superior high temperature resistance and ensures stable operation under complex working conditions.     Installation requirements:

    During welding, it is essential to strictly control the temperature. The peak value of the reflow soldering temperature curve should be controlled within 255 ° C, and the duration should not exceed 60 seconds to avoid damage to the terminals and LCP insulation caused by high temperatures.

    During the SMT installation process of the four pin plug-in board, a high-precision surface mount machine is required to ensure precise alignment between the pins and PCB pads, with a deviation controlled within ± 0.05mm, in order to achieve good electrical connection and stable mechanical performance.

    Usage restrictions:

    Although the product has IPX6 waterproof performance, it should be avoided from being immersed in water for a long time to prevent the risk of water leakage caused by slight gaps in the encapsulated part.

    In practical use, the current load should be reasonably selected based on factors such as the thickness of the PCB copper foil. If the thickness of the PCB copper foil is less than 35 μ m, it is recommended that the current not exceed 2A to prevent overheating of the circuit.

    Compatibility Description:

    When connected to a USB 2.0 device, the data transfer rate automatically drops to 480Mbps; Connected to devices that support USB 3.1, it can achieve high-speed transmission of 5Gbps.

    Using cables without USB-IF certification may result in unstable data transmission, abnormal charging, and other issues. It is recommended to use certified cables to maximize product performance.

    Maintenance suggestion:

    Regularly use compressed air or anti-static brushes to clean the dust and debris inside the interface, to prevent the accumulation of foreign objects from affecting contact performance or causing short circuits.

    If the device is not used for a long time, it is recommended to use a dust plug to protect the interface and avoid oxidation and deformation, thereby extending the product's service life.
