Installation specifications:

Welding parameters: Preheat reflow soldering at 150-200 ℃ for 90 seconds, with a peak temperature of 250 ± 5 ℃; Manual welding temperature ≤ 320 ℃, time ≤ 3 seconds.

PCB design: solder pad spacing tolerance ± 0.05mm, power layer copper coating ≥ 15mm ², signal layer to power layer spacing ≥ 0.3mm.

Positioning requirements: Use fixtures to calibrate verticality, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1.5 °, to prevent pin breakage under stress.

Usage environment:

Working temperature -20 ℃ to 85 ℃, avoid strong electromagnetic (>50mT), high vibration (>20g), or acid-base environment (pH<4 or pH>10).

Maintain storage:

Regularly clean the terminals with anhydrous alcohol and prohibit metal tools;

Uninstalled mother seat sealed in moisture-proof bag (humidity ≤ 60%), storage period ≤ 2 years.

Compatibility Tip:

Suitable for non full function TYPE C male connectors, it is recommended to use shielded cables for high-speed transmission;

To achieve 100W fast charging, an external PD protocol chip (such as Renesas RAA227001) is required.
