Adopting a 2.4mm sinking board design, it is suitable for ultra-thin device PCB layout, with an overall length of 6.5mm. The 16PIN full-featured configuration supports USB3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps) high-speed data transmission and 5A high current power supply, and is compatible with USB PD 3.0 fast charging protocol (100W). The SMT soldering of the four pin plug board enhances stability, and the terminals are thickened with high conductivity copper alloy, with a surface gold plating of 5 μ m. The shell is made of LCP high-temperature resistant material, suitable for consumer electronics, industrial control, automotive electronics and other scenarios. It has passed USB-IF certification and UL safety testing.

    Installation requirements:

    Reflow soldering peak ≤ 255 ℃, holding time above 217 ℃ for 60-90 seconds to avoid discoloration of LCP shell; The 2.4mm sinking plate requires precise control of the PCB hole depth (tolerance ± 0.05mm).

    It is recommended to use a positioning fixture when welding four legs, and after welding, use 3D AOI to check the pin offset<0.03mm to ensure coaxiality with the mother seat.

    Usage restrictions:

    Non waterproof models are prohibited from being exposed to humid environments, and waterproof sealing rings are recommended to be replaced annually; When the continuous current is greater than 5A, additional heat dissipation measures should be taken (such as copper foil area ≥ 1cm ²).

    It is necessary to use EMarker cables that support 5A and PD protocol chips (such as TI TPS2596), otherwise overcurrent protection may be triggered.

    Maintenance suggestion:

    Clean the interface dust with compressed air every quarter in industrial environments to avoid short circuits caused by metal debris; Wipe the terminals with anhydrous ethanol and prohibit chlorine containing solvents.

    When idle for a long time, it is necessary to cover it with a dust cover, store it at a temperature of -20 ℃ to 60 ℃, and maintain a humidity of ≤ 60% RH to prevent terminal oxidation.
