TYPE C Male Head 16PIN Stretch Stand Adhesive 9.5 with Board Three Solder Pads

TYPE C male head 16PIN stretch mount 9.5 with board three pads is a compact and cost-effective connector. The 16PIN layout supports USB 2.0 (480Mbps) and PD 3.0 (60W) fast charging. The 0.8mm stainless steel clamp plate is formed through stretching process, and the board design integrates three pads (VBUS, GND, CC), suitable for 1.0-1.6mm PCBs. The stretched stainless steel shell (thickness 0.15mm) has an impact resistance of 30kgf and an overall length of 9.5mm. It supports blind insertion in both directions and has a lifespan of 8000 insertions and removals. It is compatible with reflow soldering technology and is suitable for space and cost sensitive scenarios such as consumer electronics and small appliances.

    Protocol testing: Handshake success rate with iPhone and Android phones is 100%, supporting mainstream fast charging protocols such as QC 3.0/AFC.

    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters: Reflow welding temperature 250 ± 5 ℃, manual welding ≤ 320 ℃, welding time ≤ 3 seconds, to avoid LCP overheating and deformation.

    PCB design: solder pad spacing tolerance ± 0.05mm, recommended copper coating for power layer ≥ 15mm ², signal layer to power layer spacing ≥ 0.3mm.

    Positioning requirements: Use fixtures to ensure that the clamp is vertical, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1.5 °, to prevent uneven force on the pins from breaking.

    Usage environment

    Temperature and humidity range: working temperature -20 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -30 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).

    Taboo scenarios: Avoid using in strong electromagnetic environments (>50mT), high-frequency vibrations (>20g), or medical grade anti-interference scenarios.

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular inspection: Visually inspect the solder joints for cracks every quarter, and use a multimeter to measure the VBUS/GND contact resistance (≤ 30m Ω).

    Cleaning and maintenance: Wipe the terminals with anhydrous alcohol, avoid sharp tools, and prevent wear of the nickel plating layer (thickness ≥ 50 μ ").

    Long term storage: Sealed in an anti-static bag (humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact between the shell and acidic substances, with a storage period of ≤ 2 years.

    Compatibility notes 

    Functional limitations: Groundless design may result in slightly higher EMI noise than grounded models. It is recommended to use shielded cables for high-speed data transmission.

    Equipment matching: Suitable for TYPE C female seats without metal shells. Full function female seats may cause slight interference due to grounding suspension (probability<5%).
