INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Welding parameters: The recommended temperature for peak welding is 255-265 ℃, and the welding time is 3-5 seconds; The manual welding temperature should be controlled at 320 ± 10 ℃ to avoid high temperature damage to the LCP insulation material.
PCB design: The solder pad aperture needs to match the pin (tolerance ± 0.05mm), and it is recommended to add a soldering layer to improve soldering reliability; The grounding pin needs to be separately designed with a large copper covered area.
Limitations
Environmental conditions: Avoid long-term use in environments with high temperatures exceeding 85 ℃, 95% RH, high humidity, or strong acidity or alkalinity; Stay away from areas with strong magnetic fields (>50mT) to prevent signal interference.
Current load: It is recommended that the continuous operating current should not exceed 4.5A, and the instantaneous peak current should not exceed 6A to prevent terminal overheating; Equipped with E-Marker chip cable to achieve 100W charging.
maintenance
Regular inspection: Use a magnifying glass (10x or more) every quarter to check whether the solder joints are cracked and whether the terminals are oxidized; Wipe with anhydrous alcohol during cleaning to avoid corrosive solvents.
Long term storage: When not in use, it should be sealed and stored to avoid terminal oxidation caused by humid environments; Suggest pairing with a dust cap to protect the interface and prevent foreign objects from entering.
Compatibility Description
Equipment matching: It needs to be used in conjunction with a TYPE C female socket that complies with the USB-IF standard to avoid poor contact or protocol incompatibility caused by non-standard interfaces.
Cable selection: When transmitting 10Gbps data or 100W power, it is necessary to use certified cables that support the corresponding specifications, otherwise performance degradation may occur.
