Installation requirements:

Reflow soldering peak ≤ 255 ℃, insulation fixtures (temperature resistance ≤ 120 ℃) are required in the magnet area to avoid demagnetization; The tolerance between the positioning column and the PCB through-hole is ≤ 0.05mm.

Usage restrictions:

Non waterproof products are prohibited from coming into contact with liquids, and waterproof sealing rings are recommended to be replaced annually; When the continuous current is greater than 3A, the thickness of the PCB copper foil is ≥ 50 μ m (1.4oz).

Maintenance suggestion:

Clean the iron filings on the surface of magnets with compressed air every quarter in industrial environments; Medical equipment should be wiped with 75% ethanol, and chlorine containing disinfectants are prohibited.
