Installation requirements:

Welding temperature: PCB board reflow soldering peak ≤ 255 ℃ (maintain above 217 ℃ for 60-90 seconds), the magnet area needs to be covered with a fixture (temperature resistance ≤ 120 ℃) to avoid demagnetization.

Alignment accuracy: The axial deviation of the male and female seats is ≤ 0.3mm, and the radial deviation is ≤ 0.2mm. It is recommended to design positioning columns (diameter 1.0mm, height 2.0mm) on the PCB board.

Usage restrictions:

Non sealed models are prohibited from being immersed in liquids. Sealed models need to be checked for cracks in the sealant after long-term use (recommended replacement cycle of 1 year); Avoid exceeding 2A continuous current during magnetic connection to prevent PCB board from heating up.

Compatibility Description:

Data transmission needs to be paired with a main control chip that supports USB 2.0 (such as CH340G), and the connection speed to USB 3.0 devices should be reduced to 480Mbps; It is recommended to use it with the same series of magnetic suction male heads (7PIN, matching suction force).

Maintenance suggestion:

Wipe the iron filings on the surface of the magnet with anhydrous ethanol during cleaning to avoid metal foreign objects affecting the adsorption force; Clean the dust in the gaps of PCB boards quarterly with compressed air (0.5MPa) in industrial environments.
